South Park: Butters' Bottom B ReviewButters’ Kissing Company Provides Another Hilarious Episode
Butters starts a kissing company. However, what Butters doesn't realize is that his kissing company is turning into something a little more than just kisses.
When the boys find out Butters has never kissed a girl before, they hear about a girl in their class selling kisses for $5. After Butters gets his kiss, he realizes he can make a ton of money off finding more boys who want kisses. The Innocence of Butters is CapturedThe great thing about all of the Butters episodes is that Butters never knows what he is getting himself into. In “Butters’ Very Own Episode,” Butters goes around town looking for his dad finding him in porn theaters and gay bath houses. He sees what kind of places these are, but doesn’t think anything of it. In the “Cartman Sucks” episode, Butters is told that he is confused about his sexuality. Butters doesn’t know why, but he goes along with what he is being told as if everyone else knows him better than he knows himself. When Butters starts the Butters Kissing Company, it eventually leads to real prostitutes joining his company offering sex to men. Again, Butters’ innocence shines through, even when he notices his girls start taking some of their customers to motel rooms for “kisses.” Butters has essentially become a pimp and he doesn’t even know it. Police Chief Goes UndercoverThe other great thing about this episode and South Park in general is how ridiculous the adults are. While trying to uncover the “prostitution company,” the police chief dresses up like a prostitute and has sex with paying customers. He doesn’t just do this once, but several times during the course of the show. He even goes so far as to marry one of the real pimps and then busts him for soliciting a prostitute. Of course, it’s very obvious that it is a man dressed like a prostitute, but none of the paying customers can tell. South Park has made yet another classic episode. There’s really no lesson to be learned from this episode, but it was fun to watch Butters turn into a pimp. Future Episodes Need More Cartman, Kenny, Kyle and StanThe only problem with the first two episodes of the second half of the 13th season is that Cartman, Kenny, Stan and Kyle are not shown enough. They did have a small role in the “Dead Celebrities” episode, but the entire episode was centered around Ike. While it is nice to have episodes centered around other characters, the main reason people watch South Park are because of those four boys. Hopefully, future episodes will showcase more of them, especially classic Kyle vs. Cartman episodes.
